Job Description
Mytra is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the transformation of a prototype-focused warehouse to a proper, industrialized manufacturing operation. The successful candidate will design and deploy the "machine that builds the machine"—architecting the factory, processes, and team that will produce Mytra's bots and structures at scale.
Requirements
- 7+ years of practical experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years in a leadership or management capacity
- Proficiency in CAD and AutoCAD
- Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and robotics integration
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) skills
