N-iX is seeking a Business Development Manager for the DACH region to accelerate company growth through new sales and strategic partnerships. The role involves designing and executing sales strategies, managing sales funnels, and building long-term relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have experience in sales, IT service/consulting companies, and German language proficiency.
Requirements
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Politics or a similar field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in a Sales Role in IT Service/Consulting companies (Outsourcing/Nearshoring).
- German: Native or C1/C2 level (Mandatory for DACH region).
- English: Fluent/Advanced (Internal working language).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Soft Skills: High EQ, Results-Oriented, Cultural Fit, Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region and occasionally to delivery centers.
