Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong proficiency in Java and experience with modern frameworks and distributed systems
• Experience with performance optimization and knowledge of security and compliance best practices
• Interest or hands-on experience in blockchain, crypto infrastructure, or decentralized systems
• Strong collaboration and mentorship skills in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
• Hands-on experience with BDs, async messaging, CI/CD stack
