Requirements

• 4-5+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
• Upper-Intermediate + level of English
• Strong proficiency in recruitment sourcing strategies, incorporating job campaigns, internet job boards, social networking, and employer branding
• Experience using sourcing tools to find active and passive candidate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
