Requirements
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
- Upper-Intermediate + level of English
- Strong proficiency in recruitment sourcing strategies, incorporating job campaigns, internet job boards, social networking, and employer branding
- Experience using sourcing tools to find active and passive candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
