Job Description
Service membership and dependents with mental health issues, including referrals for treatment, case management, and liaison with insurance companies.
Requirements
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) or equivalent certification/licensure
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in the field of substance abuse
- Qualified Health Professional with a CASAC preferred
- Experience in the Mental Health field a plus
