Production Supervisor

Plan, directs and coordinate all manufacturing functions and related maintenance service functions for production. Assist in planning production schedules ensuring finished product shipping schedules are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree prefer, but will accept the equivalent in completed course work combined with work experiences or the education ascertained from working five years in a manufacturing shop of similar size and complexity.
• Three years experience in high volume production operations
• Personnel practices, human relation skill and in-depth experience in operating in a union environment.
• Experience in administering a Collective Bargaining Agreement and Plant Rules.
