Academic Registration and Student Support Specialist

NABA London is seeking an Academic Registration & Student Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to students throughout their academic journey, ensuring the smooth execution of all administrative processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Academic Services & Student Life Specialist and share daily tasks to guarantee continuity of operations and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Educational Management or Languages
• At least 3-5 years of experience in academic support, educational administration, or coordinating academic activities
• Experience in managing timetables, planning, and coordinating academic events and activities
• Familiarity with academic management systems (e.g., student management software) and administrative practices in educational contexts
• Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good level and experience in the use of Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Hyperplanning tool is a plus
• Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) both written and spoken, additional language skills are a plus
