NABA is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Finance Department. The selected candidate will manage accounting, tax, and treasury processes, support internal and external controls, and actively support change management and innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with solid exposure to General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Treasury.
- Proven experience in team coordination and people management.
- Strong knowledge of Italian accounting principles and tax regulations (VAT, withholding taxes, F24, Intrastat, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
- Experience in financial statement preparation and coordination with auditors and external consultants.
- Good knowledge of asset accounting (capitalization, depreciation, disposals).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English (written and spoken)
