FP&A Assistant

The FP&A Assistant will support the FP&A team in Milan by providing financial and analytical insights to enhance business operations, including tracking key projects, setting budgets, developing financial forecasts, and monitoring key performance indicators.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Business Analysis
• Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management control
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably SAP and Tagetik
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields
