Job Description
Nabis is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations at their Rochester site. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across all inbound, outbound, and inventory processes.
Requirements
- Supply chain/data analysis training or equivalent work experience
- Project management and quantitative analysis expertise
- Tenacity and adaptability to navigate the evolving demands of working at a high-growth startup
- 4+ years of experience within a warehouse or logistics setting
- 4+ years of experience managing a team of at least 30+ employees
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Familiarity with various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM)
