Requirements

• Own the UX design for multiple initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing through final experience definition
• Define user flows, interaction patterns, and experience structures across key journeys
• Frame design recommendations in terms of measurable business outcomes
• Collaborate closely with UX and UI designers to ensure consistency and quality across the experience
