UX Researcher

Nacar is a Strategic Design Agency in Barcelona looking for a UX Researcher to join their Studio Team. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in user research and a deep understanding of Human Centered Design methodologies.

Requirements

• Understand business needs to design research strategy
• Design, plan and execute research plans
• Analyze and report research findings
• Evangelize user-centered thinking and research best practices
• Shape and evolve user research processes
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and other UXRs
• Lead workshops and ideation exercises
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good English and Spanish language skills
• Strategic mindset and care for accessibility and inclusive design
