Job Description
The Dialysis RN at Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital is responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising individualized care plans for dialysis patients while upholding the hospital’s mission and values.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse Licensure from the Texas State Board of Nursing or Compact Licensure
- BLS (CPR) Certified within 30 days of hire date
- Read, Write, and Communicate effectively in English
- Dialysis-ACLS within 6 months of employment
- Must be able to accurately interpret color test strips
- Minimum of two years of experience
