Instrumentation, Controls and Electrical (IC&E) Technician

Canyon Peak Power is seeking an Instrumentation, Controls, and Electrical (IC&E) Technician to perform calibration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation, control systems, and electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in power generation operations and maintenance, strong technical aptitude, and a commitment to safety.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Instrumentation and Control Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in power generation, industrial facilities, or military technical roles
• Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems
• Strong expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting instrumentation and control systems
• Understanding of combustion control and turbine control systems
• Skilled in performing routine inspections, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment
• Qualified to operate the plant independently during on-call rotations
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to staying current with evolving industry technologies
• Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license

Benefits

• Base pay rate ranging from $38 to $50 per hour
• Eligibility for an annual performance bonus
