Canyon Peak Power is seeking an Instrumentation, Controls, and Electrical (IC&E) Technician to perform calibration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation, control systems, and electrical equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in power generation operations and maintenance, strong technical aptitude, and a commitment to safety.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Instrumentation and Control Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in power generation, industrial facilities, or military technical roles
- Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems
- Strong expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting instrumentation and control systems
- Understanding of combustion control and turbine control systems
- Skilled in performing routine inspections, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment
- Qualified to operate the plant independently during on-call rotations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to staying current with evolving industry technologies
- Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license
Benefits
- Base pay rate ranging from $38 to $50 per hour
