Job Description
The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Supervisor supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of simple-cycle power generation equipment, including LM6000 PC and Siemens 501D5 turbines, emissions controls, and balance-of-plant systems. This role assists in guiding daily operational and maintenance activities that sustain high availability, rapid response capability, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Extensive hands-on experience working with gas turbine-based power generation equipment
- Strong technical knowledge of simple-cycle operations
- Comprehensive understanding of environmental and safety regulations
- Demonstrated capability in supervising, mentoring, and supporting the development of plant personnel
Benefits
- Annual base salary ranging from $110,732 to $155,000
