Associate Distinguished Engineer - Salesforce Architect (Field Service)

We are a Digital Product Engineering company looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service to design, govern, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing field service solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Salesforce mobile and offline architectures
• Strong understanding of Salesforce limits and performance optimization
• Proven experience architecting large-scale Field Service solutions
• Strong understanding of field service business processes: dispatching, workforce management, inventory, and asset servicing
• Experience with multi-org, multi-cloud Salesforce environments
