SAP SuccessFactors (PY) with German

We are a digital product engineering company looking for a senior consultant with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (PY) with German. The successful candidate will work on customer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE).

Requirements

• German (fluent)
• SAP PY (Payroll)
• SAP HCM
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY)
• Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law
• Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics
• Experience with project management and consulting methods
• Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness
• Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
