Job Description
We are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Specialist to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate will manage and optimise our multichannel campaigns.
Requirements
- Manage ad network accounts, making daily adjustments
- Report on conversion metrics across our multichannel campaigns
- Plan media buying campaigns, including daily budgets and expected results
- Specify important tracking events and work with our technical team to validate their accuracy
- Work with the content team to ensure we have the right balance of formats and messaging for our digital campaigns
- Identify opportunities for improvement of systems, processes, practices, cost reduction, and productivity
- Work with data analysts to optimise campaign efficiency whilst we continue to scale
- Work with senior management to understand and shape the long-term approach to digital marketing
