Job Description
We are looking to hire a Tutoring Operations Intern to join us in our mission to educate the world.
Requirements
- Assess the tutors' performance to ensure that it meets the required standards, using the proper systems, tools, and methodologies
- Manage the feedback process between the tutors and the Content Unit to ensure the delivery of high-quality content on time
- Ensure that all tutors are informed of our policies and procedures or any changes that might take place
- Communicate marketplace updates, that is, either new curriculums or new teaching methodologies applied by the Ministry of Education or teaching centers
- Plan the schedules of all the subjects according to the tutors' availability and manage tutors' requests like schedule changes
- Reviewing daily/regular performance and advise on changes that will improve efficiencies/quality of the service provided.
- Developing tutors' performance systems, tools, and techniques.
- Managing the payroll process for tutors.
