Job Description
Provides general administrative support for assigned staff, assists with tenant and vendor customer service, and performs a variety of administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks
- Maintain tenant contacts, vendor and property files
- Coordinate and monitor status of work assigned to vendors
- Code invoices for payment and input into accounting system
- Assist with rent collections correspondence and phone contact with tenants
- Draft property service contracts and maintain property service tracking sheet
- Manage partner perks program and oversee building access cards/fobs/apps
- Enter new vendors into Vendor Café and ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date
