Dimensional Control Engineer

Supervise, oversee, and manage dimensional control survey activities to ensure all structural assemblies and piping spools meet specified dimensions and tolerances. Provide assurance that dimensional surveys are carried out on fabricated structures and piping spools, including all fabrication marine interfaces.

Requirements

• Develop, plan, and implement dimensional survey programs in accordance with project specifications and schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources, tools, and equipment.
• Review and interpret project drawings, models, and specifications to prepare a comprehensive Dimensional Control / Measurement Plan, identifying intervention points in coordination with the Project Quality Lead.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Dimensional Control Inspection & Test Plan (DC ITP) at all stages of project execution, and update the plan to incorporate design revisions or scope changes.
