Machinery Lead

Lead and conduct inspection of all machinery matters during the construction of LNG / LPG vessels. Ensure site team attendance at all scheduled inspections, commissioning, tests, demonstrations, and trials in accordance with the shipbuilder's published schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture and/or Marine Engineering, or Chief Engineer's License with at least five (5) years of LNG vessel experience
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in the construction of large bulk liquids vessels, including at least five (5) years of direct shipbuilding experience involved with the construction of LNG /LPG carriers, or equivalent experience
• Good written and spoken English language skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, to be used when dealing with individuals of various levels of authority and of diverse cultural backgrounds
• SHES Training in accordance with shareholder policies
