NAMED COLLECTIVE is seeking a Senior People Manager to build high impact, values-led teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role involves embedding and delivering the People strategy, managing performance, talent, and HR operations, and driving a culture of accountability, development, and psychological safety.
Requirements
- 8+ years progressive experience in HR / People roles, ideally within a high-growth retail, eCommerce or DTC business
- CIPD Level 6 or equivalent experience (Level 5 considered with strong practical experience)
- Experience building, scaling or significantly contributing to a People function in a growing organisation
- Demonstrable experience designing, implementing or scaling a performance management framework
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience creating and maintaining policies and handbooks
- Proven ability to coach managers and support performance, development and change
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
