As a Sales Account Manager, you will drive revenue growth in your area through strategic acquisition and long-term customer retention, managing the full enterprise sales cycle. You will build and expand relationships with decision-makers across IT, legal, procurement, and business lines, positioning Namirial as a value-added digital trust partner focused on solving customer problems.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration (Master’s preferred) or equivalent qualification
- Direct B2B sales experience in enterprise software or SaaS –ideally in trust services, cybersecurity, or digital identity
- Documented track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable with C-level and stakeholder engagement
- Skilled networker with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; highly self-motivated and results-driven
- German and English fluent - both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Proficient computer application skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including CRM
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial
- Knowledge of several industry verticals –e. g. Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Professional Services
- Proven track record to work effectively across functional groups, such as sales, marketing, product management and partners
