Physical Therapist (PRN)
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, current state license, and 6 months experience in long-term care
Occupational Therapist (Part-time)
Occupational Therapist with Bachelor's degree, current state license, and 6 months experience in long term care preferred
Physical Therapy Assistant (Full-time)
PTA license, 6 months experience in LTC or Skilled nursing, CPR certification
Staff Development Manager, Infection Prevention Nurse
RN degree, 3 years of nursing experience, and 1 year in long-term care environment required
Copy of CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (Full-time: NOC) (Full-time: Day)
High school diploma or equivalent, CNA certification, valid CPR certificate, and experience in long term-care environment preferred
Laundry Aide (Part-time)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, 6 months experience in long term care environment preferred, ability to lift up to 50 lbs
