Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing, current valid LPN license in the state employed, and valid CPR certification required
Physical Therapist (PRN)
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, current state license, and 6 months experience in long-term care
Occupational Therapist (Part-time)
Occupational Therapist with Bachelor's degree, current state license, and 6 months experience in long term care preferred
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant ( Full-time: DAY)
Requires a high school diploma, certification as a CNA in the state of employment, and CPR certificate. Experience in long term-care environment preferred
Physical Therapy Assistant (Full-time)
PTA license, 6 months experience in LTC or Skilled nursing, CPR certification
Speech Language Pathologist
Speech Language Pathologist with Bachelor's degree, 6 months experience in long-term care, and valid CPR certification
