QA Team Lead

Nanit is seeking a QA Team Lead to drive quality and deliver real value. The successful candidate will lead a distributed team of QA engineers and shape how quality is defined, measured, and accelerated.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a quality engineer
• At least 3 years of experience leading and mentoring QA engineers
• Proven track record working with Mobile (iOS/Android), BE, and IoT/FW products
• Strong understanding and proven experience of manual and automated testing methodologies
• Experience collaborating with automation engineers or contributing to automation frameworks
• Experience implementing methodologies and tracking with data and metrics
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a distributed, fast-moving environment
