Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Administrative Support role supports the Assistant Director in managing Quality Assurance Review and academic administration of Postgraduate by Coursework programmes. The incumbent will play a key role in coordinating programme reviews, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the effective execution of academic and administrative processes.
Requirements
- A recognized university degree (in any discipline)
- Knowledge in processing data will be an advantage
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the tertiary education sector
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Possess good communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application software (Word, Excel)
- People-oriented and a team player
