Assistant Manager, Student Administration (Care, Serve, Learn Office)

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of the "Care, Serve, Learn" (CSL) course series. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the CSL initiative's success.

Requirements

• A Bachelor or Masters degree in education, social sciences, business, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in programme management, community service and engagement, or experiential learning.
• Resourceful and demonstrate strong work prioritization, stakeholder management, event planning and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement to engage government agencies, non-profit organizations, donors, and alumni to drive collaboration, support and funding opportunities.
• Prior experience in higher education or social impact projects is a plus.
