The Assistant Manager, Student Leadership will support university-level leadership programmes for student leaders, training for student development staff, and student development communities of excellence. The role involves curating thematic training courses, experiential learning opportunities, leadership dialogues, and structured coaching.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience with youth leadership development
• Experience in the tertiary education sector will be advantageous
• Strong grasp of pedagogical skills and direct experience in designing and facilitating learning experiences
• Competence in planning, organising, and delivering complex initiatives to high standards
• Strong commitment and passion towards student development
• Project management skills in coordinating large-scale projects
• Proven track record in stakeholder management
