Research Assistant (Communication Studies/Social Science)

The Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information is seeking a Project Officer to manage office administration, scheduling, meetings and events, and support academic research.

Requirements

• Coordinate executive schedules, appointments and events.
• Organise and document minutes of meetings, meeting materials and follow-up on action plans.
• Manage office operations, budget and expenses
• Oversee travel arrangements, itineraries and claims.
• Prepare, edit and file communication materials, including presentations, emails and documents.
• Maintain physical and digital files with care for data security and confidentiality.
• Support academic research, including literature review, data collection, data analyses, and the authoring of research papers.
