Research Associate (Communication/ Psychology/ Sociology/ Social Science)

The Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information is looking for a Research Associate to contribute to the research project: “Climate Transformation Program (CTP): Cross Cutting Theme 1 – Sustainable Societies” funded by the MOE Tier 3C Grant.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in communication, psychology, sociology, or a social science related discipline
• Strong foundation in VR app development, experimental research and analytical skills (e.g., SPSS, MPLUS, or R)
• A team player in a project setting, also with ability to work independently in a multi-cultural team environment
• Must demonstrate initiative and good interpersonal communication skills
• Prior experience in VR app development and experimental research
• An internationally recognized research track record as evidenced by journal publications and conference presentations
