Research Associate (Psychology/Sociology/Education)

The Centre for Research and Development in Learning at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore seeks a Research Associate with a Masters degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education or related field to oversee the day-to-day operations of a research project on vertical leadership development for school leadership professional development.

Requirements

• Masters in Psychology, Sociology, Education or related field from University of good standing
• Excellent communication skills with good command of the English language
• Self-motivator, able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Nvivo software
• Willing to travel to school sites for data collection
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work within tight deadlines
• Prior experience with qualitative research methods
• Prior teaching experience at MOE schools is a bonus
• Prior experience with academic publication processes
