Research Fellow (Conductive Adhesives)

The School of Materials Science and Engineering at NTU is looking for a Research Fellow to develop new adhesives and conductive polymers, with key responsibilities including project management, synthesis, characterization, and maintenance of lab equipment.

Requirements

• PhD in Materials-, Organic- or Polymer Chemistry from an internationally accredited institution.
• Minimum one year of industrial or academic research experience in polymer research, materials science, or adhesives.
• Skills relating to electro-chemistry, free radical polymerization, and adhesive testing.
• Familiar with polymer characterization techniques such as GPC, SEC, NMR, FTIR, DSC, TGA
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong initiatives.
• Evidence of project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong record of scientific publications in high impact academic journals.
