Job Description
NTU Singapore is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager, Faculty Affairs to join the College of Computing and Data Science. The incumbent will support the Head of Faculty Affairs in managing daily operations, faculty recruitment, appointments, promotions, and tenure processes, while driving initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive faculty culture.
Requirements
- Recognized university degree or its equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in Faculty Affairs matters in a tertiary education institution
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of commitment and initiative
- High level of coordination and time planning
