Senior Assistant Manager, Matriculation and Candidature

The Senior Assistant Manager, Matriculation and Candidature role sits with the Office of Academic Services (OAS) and is responsible for managing end-to-end student matriculation processes, maintaining accurate student records, and administering student requests. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with experience working with databases or student information systems an advantage.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 4 – 6 years of working experience in administrative/ clerical roles
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Experience working with databases or student information systems
