Job Description
The Senior Assistant Manager, Transition & Integration role supports the Student Affairs Office (SAO) in delivering comprehensive support to students across their life cycle, focusing on Transition & Integration initiatives for local and international students. The successful candidate will lead or support operational aspects of the Transition and Orientation Programme (TOP) and drive integration initiatives to enhance support for international students.
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in student engagement/student development functions
- Experience in the tertiary education sector an added advantage
- Experience in youth development and/or IHL orientation programmes and integration of international students
- Project management skills in coordinating large-scale projects
- Proven track record in stakeholder management
