Job purpose is to be courteous to patients and customers. Responsibilities include answering calls, being well-informed about hospital hierarchy, providing complete information to staff, visitors, patients, and attendants, and maintaining hospital premises and property.

Requirements

• Answer calls in 2 Rings
• Be well informed of hospital hierarchy and key contact staff in every department
• Give complete and correct information to all (staff/visitors/patients/ attendants)
• Maintain Hospital premises and property
• Maintain silence in work areas
• Do not divulge any information that is required to be kept confidential
