Staff Nurse

Staff Nurse position at Raipur Chha, with responsibilities including patient care, infection control, patient safety, and accreditation standard adherence. Responsibilities include clinical competence, assessment, and management of pain, medication management, and documentation of patient records. The role also involves quality management, training and development, and functional area responsibilities such as cardiovascular assessment, cardiac monitors, and IV fluid calculations.

Requirements

• Adhere to Organization Regulations and Administrative Policies
• Demonstrate clinical competence in all aspects of patient care
• Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of care and assess the impact of nursing intervention as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with all policy and procedure for medication management
• Monitor clinical and other established performance indicators to ensure ongoing quality Improvement
• Report all near miss, sentinel events and any other incidents
• Participate and contribute in scheduled in-service training programs like ACLS, BLS, PALS, NALS, CNEs, conferences etc.
