Job Description
We're building a team of admin assistants who love keeping things organized and helping others succeed. NarraSoft is continuously growing its network of talented Administrative Assistants, Executive Assistants, and Virtual Assistants.
Requirements
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Preparing and formatting documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
- Maintaining and organizing digital files
- Providing administrative support such as data entry, research, and deadline tracking
- Editing and formatting documents using Adobe Acrobat or similar tools
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams and supporting client-facing needs
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in dynamic work environments
