Job Description
We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable Employee Benefit Lines Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with commercial line clients, growing the book of business, and maximizing profitable relationships.
Requirements
- Active insurance license
- Previous experience as an employee benefit lines producer or in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven track record of B2B sales experience
- Skilled in negotiation and communication
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
