Job Description
As a Guest Services Usher Event Staff, you will be responsible for bringing an unforgettable racing experience to our guests at Talladega Superspeedway. This is a seasonal/temporary event based position, with main events running in May and October, and possible smaller events throughout the year.
Requirements
- Review written and electronic materials (Tickets) in both digital and physical format
- Be friendly, enthusiastic, and personable
- Have strong communication skills
- Memorize the layout of Talladega Superspeedway to answer guests' general questions
- Work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Be on feet for extended periods of time (8-12 hours)
- Work outside in variable seasonal weather conditions
- Follow dress code and have a clean, presentable appearance at all times
