Job Description
Perform general building maintenance and repairs, troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and facility equipment, and conduct preventive maintenance inspections.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-5 years’ experience in general maintenance
- Basic computer skills
- General facility maintenance experience
- Ability to communicate and understand complex directions
- Valid driver’s license
