The Overnight Public Safety Manager will provide administrative and operational oversight of the overnight activities of the Arena Department of Public Safety. This includes hiring, supervising, and training staff, assisting with day-to-day security operations, and ensuring the overall safety of staff and the building.
Requirements
- Four (4) year college degree preferred
- Four (4) hours (unarmed security) training by state certified trainer
- Background check
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience supervising a group of Event Staff/Security Staff
- Ability to obtain State of Tennessee Security Officer/Guard License
- Ability to obtain Armed Guard License
- Ability to demonstrate physical and psychological fitness
- Knowledge of law enforcement, criminal law and security
- Ability to manage tactical/emergency responses
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
