Job Description
The Polysomnographic Technician performs sleep tests and collects data on patients with sleep disorders. They provide explanations to patients, prepare equipment, record activity, and analyze results, all under the supervision of a Medical Director and/or Sleep Technologist. Polysomnographic technicians require some polysomnographic training and CPR.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a sleep technology program
- BCLS and ACLS certification
- At least 6 month experience (preferred)
