Job Description
Natera is seeking a Manager, NGS Operations to oversee lab personnel and daily operations of sequencing instruments. This role involves managing NGS workflows, troubleshooting instrument issues, leading team development, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is technically proficient and a people-focused leader.
Requirements
- BS/BA in a biological science or equivalent
- 5 years of related experience
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Knowledge of LIMS/database software
- Hands-on experience with library preparation and next generation sequencing
- Familiarity with nucleic acid techniques
