Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Workday Platform Engineer to serve as the primary technical owner of the Workday platform across HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Prism Analytics, Illuminate (AI/ML), integrations, security, and release management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience
- Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Integrations, Security, Prism)
- Strong experience building Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, APIs)
- Deep expertise in security configuration, business process framework design, and reporting
- Experience with Prism Analytics
- Exposure to Workday Extend
