Job Description
NVIII is seeking a motivated HR intern to assist with daily operations and HR projects. The intern will be involved in onboarding, interviewing, administrative support, and system management, with a focus on HRIS. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Some business experience in a professional office environment preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). PeopleSoft experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
