Job Description
NVIII is seeking a motivated individual to join their HR team as an Intern to assist with day-to-day HR operations and projects. This role involves recruiting, training, HRIS administration, and support for HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Some business experience in a professional office environment preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). PeopleSoft experience a plus.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus.
