Job Description
This position seeks a Staff Nurse II to provide nursing care in an acute care setting. Candidates should hold a valid Nursing Assistant license or current enrollment in an accredited RN program, along with AHA BLS certification. Previous experience as a nursing assistant is preferred. The role involves managing patient care activities, communicating effectively, and maintaining a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant training program or currently enrolled in, or graduate of, an accredited RN program
- AHA BLS certification
- Valid Nursing Assistant License (or current enrollment in, or graduate of, an accredited RN program)
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology
- Effective communication skills
