Staff Nurse

The RN is a licensed professional responsible for providing patient-centered, cost-effective, high-quality care in a clinical setting. The role involves collaborating with the Care Teams, providing triage, implementing policies and procedures, providing patient education, and coordinating community needs. This is a full-time position encompassing all nursing aspects of primary care services including clinic settings and mobile health van. The RN serves as a NJIIS/VFC liaison, ensuring compliance with regulations and assisting with vaccination administration.

Requirements

• Assist in the care of patients in collaboration with the Care Teams, providers, outreach team, and the clinical support staff.
• Perform triage in person or by telephone.
• Provide education and counseling for all aspects of primary care services, including vaccine information and procedures.
• Conduct inventories and replenish medical and clinical supplies.
